Indian composer, singer, and songwriter A. R. Rahman is touring North America in May and June 2015. The trek dubbed "The Intimate Concert Tour" kicks off May 21 by concert in Huntington's The Paramount, currently lists 15 stops in U.S. and Canada, and wraps up June 16 with performance in Vancouver's Orpheum Theatre. Music maestro will visit Toronto, ON, New York, NY, Chicago, IL, Austin, TX, Las Vegas, NV, Los Angeles, CA, and some other markets. Rahman recently wrote on his Facebook about the upcoming outing: "I've been wanting to return to North America to perform for a while now, and I'm excited to be coming back for a series of concerts this spring. These are going to be very special performances and I'm grateful to have the chance to share them with you."
A. R. Rahman is one of the best-selling recording artists, who created music for more than 100 movies including "Slumdog Millionaire", "127 Hours", "Couples Retreat", "Rockstar", "Highway", and many others. He won Golden Globe Award, two Grammies, and BAFTA Award.
