Pink Martini has charted out a tour which will take over a year to complete. The comprehensive tour will start off at the end of 2008 with a show in the group's hometown in Portland and then continue on in 2009 through Seattle into Texas, then back to Portland in May. After that a performance in Vienna followed up by concerts in San Francisco next and then back to Florida and Texas in 2010.
The orchestra of Pink Martini is known for its vintage music, which encompasses the diverse musical genres of Latin, lounge, classical and jazz music. The band's latest album was "Hey Eugene' which was launched a year ago.
